The complex is walking distance to Cambridge shopping centre (20meters) that has trendy restaurants, a woollies, a chemist, a bottle store, a butchery, a Mugg and Bean and a Bar.
Caesar stone kitchen counters, Smeg gas/convection combo stove large refrigerator and wooden flooring make this exquisite apartment a popular choice for returning guests, families, and business groups.
3 bedrooms downstairs and a loft allow many combinations of guests. The main bedroom has a queen bedroom, a full bathroom en-suite and plenty of cupboard space. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and bedroom 3 has 2 x single beds. The loft has a 3-quarter bed and doubles as an office. The second bathroom has a shower and is shared by bedrooms 2-4.

The apartment will suit executive groups and families. Since there are families in the complex there are noise restrictions and definitely no room for parties and excess visitors.

Booking Terms
We require a 50% deposit to secure the dates and the remainder due 7 days prior to check-in. Cancellations will only be refunded in full prior to 14 days of arrival and if we are able to replace the booking at the same rates.
No dates will be reserved until the deposit reflects in our bank account and or we receive a proof-of-payment. To enhance our security and covid protection policies we will also require identity to be produced on arrival. If you are booking for someone else we will obviously require their details as well.
